Mission

The mission of our Living Well Working Well initiative at Freed Maxick is to improve and maintain the health and well-being of its employees to encourage a more productive workforce, increase employee morale, and enhance employee relationships. We'll never stop investing in the health and well-being of our 300+ employees.

Employee Assistance Program


We aim to support our employees through their personal well-being journey and provides all employees and their family members with access to an Employee Assistance Program. It includes free and confidential counseling benefits, performance training, personal development offerings, self-help resources, and more.
